Institution Access
General system settings are a system-wide resource without any institution identity.
Adding
General system settings cannot be added.
Editing
General system settings can be edited.
Cloning
General system settings cannot be cloned.
Deactivating or Deleting
General system settings cannot be deactivated or deleted.

When viewing or editing the general system setting’s details, the fields are defined as follows:

Use Legacy IP Location Matching | When enabled, IP Address and reported COM Port must match the specified Download Point for a Location match; when disabled, the RALS™ SYSTEM will match a Download Point with a COM Port = 0 |
MTE Result Time Tolerance | Number of seconds in the future that the RALS™ SYSTEM allows an MTE result to be accepted (server date/time vs. result date/time) |
Health System | Name of the health system |
Use IP Address If TLS Specifies Localhost | When enabled, the RALS™ SYSTEM uses the server IP address instead of localhost |
Auto-Assign Device If Download Location Is Known | When enabled, unassigned devices will be automatically assigned to download location for the session |
System Culture | Default Culture in which the RALS™ SYSTEM user interface displays data |
Dashlet Refresh Rate | Number of minutes that the RALS™ SYSTEM allows to pass before refreshing dashlets on the dashboard |
Server Time Drift Tolerance | The most amount of time a user’s computer time is allowed to differ from the RALS™ SYSTEM server time; when login page is loaded, a notification populates when exceeding Server Time Drift Tolerance |
Automatic Recertification Start Time | Time that recertification is scheduled to automatically execute; this will run based on the server’s time zone, regardless of whether multiple time zone support is enabled |
Stream Viewer Access Enabled | When enabled, RALS™ SYSTEM operators may view device streams; when disabled, only support users can view device streams |
Stream Viewer Logging Enabled | When enabled, device streams will be logged |
Inform II Conversion Start Time | Numeric value which indicates the daily starting hour of conversion of Inform II results |
Inform II Conversion Duration | Number of hours that the RALS™ SYSTEM limits batch conversion of Inform II results; if all results are not converted within the configured time, batch conversion will resume the following day |
Session Log Start Date/Time | Session Log will include session data from the start date specified for continously-connected devices and MIG Log sessions |
Session Log End Date/Time | Session Log will include session data to the end date specified for continuously-connected devices and MIG Log sessions |
