Institution Access
System Types settings are a system-wide resource without any institution identity.
Adding
System Types settings cannot be added.
Editing
Within System Types settings, Test System can be edited by users with System Types Settings Manage permission. Abbott Cloud Hosted Environment is a read only indicator and cannot be edited. See Test Systems for more information.
Cloning
System Types settings cannot be cloned.
Deactivating or Deleting
System Types settings cannot be deactivated or deleted.

System Types settings fields are located in the following places in the RALS™ SYSTEM:

When viewing or editing the system types setting’s details, the fields are defined as follows:

| Abbott Cloud Hosted Environment | Indicates whether the current RALS™ SYSTEM is an Abbott Cloud Hosted Environment; read only |
| Abbott Cloud Hosted Environment URL | Indicates the URL used for CNE Client to connect to the RALS™ SYSTEM; only available if Abbott Cloud Hosted Environment is set to Yes; see Pairing a Client for more information |
