Institution Access
Test System settings are a system-wide resource without any institution identity.
Adding
Test System settings cannot be added.
Editing
Test System settings can be edited by users with Test System Settings Manage permission.
Cloning
Test System settings cannot be cloned.
Deactivating or Deleting
Test System settings cannot be deactivated or deleted.
