Import

The following types of data can be imported into the RALS™ SYSTEM:

• Comment Sets
• Configurable Device Drivers
  
• Device Configuration
• Evaluation Criteria
• Flag Configurations
  
• Institutions and Locations
• Operators and Certifications
• Outbound Configurations
• Patient Ranges Sets
• System Settings - Email

Institution Access

Instutition access is not applicable to import.

Processing Order

An import file is processed from top to bottom. It can contain rows for adding new data and/or rows for editing existing data. If the operator, certification, institution, location, or configuration already exists in the system, then the record will be edited. If it does not already exist, it will be added.

Default and Blank Values

When performing an import, you can select default values for certain fields. If selected, the default values will override blank values in the import file for rows that are being added to the system. They will not override values for rows that are editing existing records.
