LMS
The RALS™ SYSTEM provides the ability to configure Learning Management System (LMS) so that users can manage training and competencies for their organization. The RALS™ SYSTEM currently supports accepting LMS information via:
- HealthStream: Direct connection with HealthStream API
- File-Based: .csv files from a specified directory
The RALS™ SYSTEM updates operator certification exam dates based on the information received.

Institution Access
Only operators who have institution access to an institution with LMS feature enabled can view LMS configurations. See Institution - Features for more information.
Certification Group Access
Certification Group Access applies to HealthStream LMS Configurations. Operators can only view and edit HealthStream LMS Configurations if they were granted access to the corresponding certification group. See Certification Groups for more information.
Adding
LMS configurations can be added.
Editing
LMS configurations can be edited.
Cloning
LMS configurations can be cloned.
Deactivating or Deleting
LMS configurations can be deactivated. A deactivated LMS configuration can be reactivated.

Data Table Fields
When viewing LMS configurations in a data table, the fields are defined as follows:

| Type | Type of Learning Management System (LMS): HealthStream or File-Based |

| Certification Group | Certification Groups allow operators to carry multiple certifications for the same device type given that they’re assigned to different certification groups; only available if certification group is enabled in System Settings; only certification groups within a user’s Certification Group Access are displayed |
| Endpoint | The URL to the HealthStream server |
| Authorization Route | The portion of the URL to be used for requesting an authorization token to be used in subsequent requests |
| Request Route | The portion of the URL used for requesting information from the LMS |
| User ID | The user ID associated with the HealthStream |
| Organization IDs | The organization ID associated with the HealthStream |
| Institution IDs | List of HealthStream Institution IDs |
Add Fields
When adding an LMS configuration, the fields are defined as follows:

View or Edit LMS Details Fields
When viewing or editing LMS details, the fields are defined as follows:
