How do I add a manual test result?

You can manually add a result using the universal Add button in the main navigation menu.

How do I add a parameter as a column on the Results data table?

Parameters are added to the data table just like any other column, but they are specific to the device-type. See Data Tables - Changing Displayed Columns for more information.

How can I see only QC or Patient results?

In the Results data table, filter the Sample Type on either QC or Patient.

Why do all of my results have a result status of ‘Upload Pending’?

If you have an LIS interface, it could mean that your interface may have been turned off, especially if you have several results that have an “Upload Pending” status.

I accidentally selected ‘Do Not Upload’ for a result. Can I still upload it?

Yes, find your result in the Results data table using filters, select it, and select Upload.

If I edit a Sample ID, will I have a record of the original ID?

Yes, you can see the original Sample ID in the Results History.

How do I flag results for a location?

Check the box next to “Flag All Results From This Location” in the evaluation criteria set for the location.

How do I print a single result?

Results can be printed just like any other record in the RALS™ SYSTEM. See Records - Printing for more information.
