General Tasks
The RALS™ SYSTEM provides the ability to manage general tasks. General tasks contain manually entered instructions that are required for completion before the task can be marked as complete by the user.
General Task Execution
When executing a general task, the user will be prompted with the following:

| Instructions | Instructions on how to complete the task provided by task creator |
| Instructions URL | URL with instructions on how to complete the task provided by task creator |
| Completion Time | Date and time when the task was completed |
| Locations | Location(s) where task was completed |
| Notes | Open text field that can be used at the user’s discretion |
Institution Access
A general task’s institution identity is defined by user selection when the task is created. The assigned institution cannot be changed later.

Add Fields
When adding a general task, the fields are defined as follows:

View or Edit Details Fields
When viewing or editing general task details, the fields are defined as follows:

| Execution Time | Indicates the date and time the task was last executed; if multiple time zone support is supported, this is relative to your time zone preference |

| Execution By | Indicates the operator who last executed the task |
