A task execution record is generated each time a task is executed.

Execution Statuses
Each task execution is associated with one of the following statuses:

Institution Access
A task execution’s institution identity reflects the task that is associated with the execution.
Adding
Task executions cannot be manually added to the RALS™ SYSTEM. They are automatically created when a task is executed.
Editing
Task executions cannot be edited.
Cloning
Task executions cannot be cloned.
Deactivating or Deleting
Task executions cannot be deactivated nor deleted.

Data Table Fields
When viewing task executions in a data table, the fields are defined as follows:

| Execution By | Indicates the operator who last executed the task |
| Execution Status | Execution status associated with the task |
| Execution Time | Indicates the date and time the task was last executed; if multiple time zone support is enabled, this is relative to your time zone preference |
| Execution Type | Denotes whether the task was executed automatically or manually |

View or Edit Details Fields
When viewing task execution details, the fields are defined as follows:
