Login Page
The RALS™ SYSTEM login page gives you access to the RALS™ SYSTEM. The first time accessing the RALS™ SYSTEM, you will use your operator ID and temporary password. Once logged into the RALS™ SYSTEM, you will be prompted to reset your password.
The RALS™ SYSTEM login page displays the RALS™ SYSTEM release version and the associated build number.
A warning message will be displayed on the RALS™ SYSTEM login page when any of the following occurs:
- Any database database is unavailable or nearing its maximum capacity. The user can view the Statuses page to determine the specific database and problematic condition.
- A support user is logged in. While they are logged onto the system some functionality may be degraded or unavailable for the duration of their session.
Resetting Passwords
You can reset your password by selecting the Reset Password button on the RALS™ SYSTEM login page. Enter your Operator ID and an auto-generated password will be sent to your e-mail address. You will need to change your password upon login.
Note: The RALS™ SYSTEM must be configured to send e-mails. If it has not been configured, then the Reset Password button will not display on the RALS™ SYSTEM login page. The user must have an email address linked to their operator record. If they do not, the new password will be sent to the System Admin, provided the System Admin’s email address in the Email System Settings is not blank.
