Purge system settings are a system-wide resource without any institution identity.
Adding
Purge system settings cannot be added.
Editing
Purge system settings can be edited.
Cloning
Purge system settings cannot be cloned.
Deactivating or Deleting
Purge system settings cannot be deactivated or deleted.

When viewing or editing the purge system setting’s details, the fields are defined as follows:

| Purge Results Older Than | The number of months that the RALS™ SYSTEM allows to pass before automatically purging results; when a value is entered, the RALS™ SYSTEM will automatically purge results that are older than the configured number of months |
| Purge Levey-Jennings Older Than | The number of months that the RALS™ SYSTEM allows to pass before automatically purging Levey-Jennings records; when a value is entered, the RALS™ SYSTEM will automatically purge Levey-Jennings records that are older than the configured number of months |
| Purge History Older Than | The number of months that the RALS™ SYSTEM allows to pass before automatically purging history records; when a value is entered, the RALS™ SYSTEM will automatically purge history records that are older than the configured number of months |
| Purge Linearity Older Than | The number of months that the RALS™ SYSTEM allows to pass before automatically purging linearity records; when a value is entered, the RALS™ SYSTEM will automatically purge linearity records that are older than the configured number of months |
