Error LDAP session resulted in an error due to a problem with the import process, which may result in a partial import of operators
Operator Failure LDAP session resulted in a failure to add, edit, activate, and/or deactivate RALS™ SYSTEM operators because of an error with one or more LDAP person entities; when the LDAP session is in an Operator Failure state, the Operators With Errors column in the LDAP Sessions data table will display the count of affected LDAP person entities
Patch Failure LDAP session resulted in a failure due to a communication problem with the LDAP configuration after the sync occurs
