Result Reviews
Reviewing results in the RALS™ SYSTEM provides documentation for regulatory purposes. When results are reviewed, the system attaches the reviewer’s name, note, and date to the result. A result can have multiple reviews, and the RALS™ SYSTEM stores this information indefinitely.

Institution Access
A review note’s institution identity is defined by the parent result.
Adding
One or more review note(s) can be added manually to a result.
Editing
Once a review note is added to a result, it cannot be edited.
Cloning
A review note cannot be cloned.
Deactivating or Deleting
Once a review note is added to a result, it cannot be deleted.
Fields
When adding a review note to a result, the fields are defined as follows:

| Exclude from Statistics and Charts | For certain types of results, selecting this checkbox allows you to exclude the result from RALS™ SYSTEM statistics and charts |
| Review Note | Text describing the review |
| Save Review Note | Allows you to save the note for reuse |
