Note: Not all columns are filterable.

Searching

Searching quickly filters the data in the data table to a single selected record.

To search the data table, select a value from the autocomplete drop-down list at the top of the data table.

When a search has been applied, it is displayed as an applied filter.

To remove the search, click next to the search filter.

Note: Not all data tables are searchable.

Options

Options can be applied to enhance the workflow of the user.

Options include:

Striping

Striping can be applied to differentiate data table rows by color.

To configure data table striping:

  1. Click
  2. On the Options tab, select the desired striping type:
    • None - all data table rows are displayed with the same color (default option)
    • Alternating - every other data table row is displayed using an alternate color
    • Conditional - data table rows are colored based on a specific column’s value

Note: Not all columns support conditional striping.

Refresh Data Table After Action

When the Refresh Data Table After Action option is enabled, all data tables in the RALS™ SYSTEM will refresh after an action occurs.

  1. Click
  2. On the Options tab, select Refresh Data Table After Action:
    • Yes - Data Table will automatically refresh after an action

When a system filter has been applied, it is displayed above the data table in a different style than the table filters.

System filters can be removed via the on the top level toolbar or under the operator’s preferences dialog.
