Using RALS is a good place to gain familiarity with the system. You can learn the basics of using the RALS™ SYSTEM, including navigation, how to use data tables, and working with records.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by using the reset password button on the RALS™ SYSTEM login page. See Resetting Your Password for more information.

How do I change my homepage?

Homepages are configured by role. You can change a role’s homepage within its details.

Where can I find the unique identifier of my RALS™ SYSTEM?

The RCS ID is the unique identifier for each instance of RALS™ SYSTEM. It can be found on the General System Settings page.
